Throughout his career, Mr. Phalon has demonstrated the ability to quickly and effectively evaluate complex issues, to focus discussions on key factors, and to communicate his analyses in a manner that often reduces confusion for clients and other professionals.

Mr. Phalon has testified in tax courts and federal district courts. His successful track record contributed to the Department of Justice engaging him to testify in high-profile, non-tax cases.
