Effective November 1st, 2008 Phalon George Capital Advisors ("PGCA") will
operate as the Valuation Services Group of Waterview Advisors ("Waterview"). Waterview is a wholly-owned subsidiary
of PGCA offering sell-side merger and acquisition advisory services. The two operating divisions of PGCA will both use the
Waterview name to present a transparent entity providing full investment banking and financial advisory services to Main Street
